Is it possible to find out what our dinning rotation is prior to boarding?

There isn't...it will be printed on your key card. You can call and request your preferred rotation, and I have heard that it is usually granted.

I was able to choose our dining rotation when I called the disney cruise line customer service on an unrelated issue. They were extremely helpful and helped me decide which night to schedule our Palo reservation. Highly recommend you give them a call!

I called DCL today to request a particular dining rotation for our upcoming cruise. Even though it is simply a request she informed me that there's a very good chance I will get it.

Yes we added the request to begin with Animators Palate, so we will get that one 3x. Though I did think it would be great to be in Royal Court Formal night, which this request we will end up in Enchanted Garden Formal night, which is nice also.

If you paid for concierge, you WILL get your request. Otherwise, while it is only a request and cannot be guaranteed, you almost always get it. Note--you can make only one dining request per cruise. You can't request a server AND a rotation (what if that server is on a different rotation?) If you hold it to one request, it almost always happens.
