CCFC Posted October 13, 2014 #3 Share Posted October 13, 2014 According to the P&O website she is in Newfoundland, must say that picture looks a bit daunting. There is a large low pressure system in the Atlantic, must have been that.

ivygirl Posted October 13, 2014 #7 Share Posted October 13, 2014 Everyone will be ok! We went through a force 12 on Arcadia. She is a fine ship that handles these bad storms very well. I just stayed in bed until it was all over!
tiernsee Posted October 16, 2014 #8 Share Posted October 16, 2014 My parents are on board. It has been very rough, all outside decks and balconies closed. The lifts didnt work and the waves were as big as houses. Sounded truly dreadful but they got through it safely and last i heard they were in the English Channel and back to Southampton tomorrow.
