When fully paid, online check-in complete, and, if you purchase air through NCL, air arrangements made, then you can download your edocs

Did you happen to book through CAS? I wanted to make payment on line and was told I could not because I went through CAS and had to call them about payments.

 

Just an FYI - I always book with CAS and have been able to use the MyNCL online payment system on some cruises and not on others. They aren't sure why some show up and some don't but are aware of the problem. Also, you can call the main NCL number & not have to wait on hold for CAS to make payments.

CAS is casinos at sea. Not sure about the edocs and payment.

Did you book air travel with NCL as well?

 

No we've just booked the cruise at our travel agent and the air travel we did ourselves directly at the airline.
