Yes. They have done so each time we've had an occasion cake. The cake is great too.

Yes they will sing. You may have to ask beforehand. We had a cake delivered at dinner for my son once, and honestly, we just couldn't eat much of it after eating dinner. The icing needed to be refrigerated and the waiter was extremely reluctant for us to take the left overs back to the cabin. The rest of the birthdays we have each just had the waiters sing when they delivered our dessert.

They sang to me and my wife for our anniversary and we didn't know they were going to.

i have had birthday cakes on our cruises, and we always leave the rest for the next evening, with no problem from our wait staff...

It is really good cake too...

sailing on my birthday this year, first time in about 5 yrs...so i will get a cake..:D
