Best option with almost 3 year old?

I need help fast! Our sailing just changed itinerary and we leave tomorrow. I was in Cozumel several years ago pre-kid and have no idea what to do here. Would love some options that don't leave me booking through the cruise line. I'm so angry about the last minute change I don't want to give them any extra money for excursions.

Taxi - bring your own car seat - to Playa Mia for about $16+tip each way; kiddie water park, nice beach, good food/drinks/service, several packages to choose from - check their web site.

Totally agree with going to the beach. The taxi fare includes all passengers so it is a really good price.

Thanks for the tip on Playa Mia. Is this something that needs to be booked in advance? Or we can show up that morning? We will likely only go for half a day, I'm hoping my son will still take a nap :)

Check the web site for packages and rates - unlike some smaller beach clubs I think you can just show up, but it never hurts to book in advance.

I would agree with Playa Mia with a child that young. They have a wonderful water park geared toward small children. I have a full review with tons of pictures in my signature line if you are interested. :)
