NCL/CAS Reservations Line Wait Time

I've been on hold for over 20 mins for two nights (last night I gave up). I know they are running a promotion right now but does it always take this long? Any one know another number for faster service?

I called today at 2PM and only had a 5 minute wait. I woud try calling in the afternoon if possible.

I called and booked that promo last Wednesday (got the mailer on Tuesday) and I got right through with a 1-2 minute wait. I called this week to add a passenger to another reservation and could not get through on the direct extension phone number, I kept getting the circuits are busy message so I called the 9625 line and got right through. I find the best time to call is 9-9:30 am

It's the millionaire maker Slot tournament. I could have taken all 4 dates but 3 of them were from Florida so I opted for the Breakaway for July.

1st place is 10K (plus entry into Caesars Millionaire maker)

2nd place $3500.00

etcetera to 20 money places (or slot play)

 

Please note it is invite only

Thanks I know I will, I have been there quite a few times (a lot happier since the casino is open at night) and was already booked for August but I couldn't pass it up so I booked it also. You can never have to many cruises :)

I received one of these also but I'm busy for all of them except for the July one. Checked around with my 'cruising roommates but no one can go that week. I've never cruised alone before so will probably just let it pass.

Harriet, I wouldn't worry about cruising alone. I did it and truth be told I was never alone, I met some great people and made what will be a life-long friend.

Yeah I don't know what is the big deal since is invitation only it doesn't matter if anybody knows because you only will get in with the invitation. Attached is a picture. If it doesn't come right I will post the dates.

Did this tournament on Breakaway last year. Was a lot of fun. Lots of gamblers on cruise so access to machines and tables sometimes difficult. But it was a great time. Wanted to go again this year but looking to Alaska in July. Good luck
