Please please don't bash me for this question. I'm really just looking for some information.

Received an invitation for a slot tournament aboard the Dawn. My question is where is smoking permitted on this ship. I was on the breakaway last week and it was on the waterfront starboard side and pool deck some areas but I have no idea where locations are on the dawn. Trying to decide where to book a cabin for easy access like I had on the breakaway. Thanks

I don't have an answer for you, and sorry to hijack, but since I am on this ship at the same time...

...Is this a different slot tourney than usual ones offered? If so, what is the buy in? Thanks

Free buy in and comp cabin its a triple tournament you can do pick 1, 2 or 3 one is on the gem February, one on dawn in May and one on escape next December

Oh so invite only. Ok. I will probably still to poker anyways. Thanks.

These are invite only. They look for confirmed degenerates (like me) and get them on for these special deals.

Meanwhile, I have no idea why the subject is about slot tournament, but the question is about where on the ship you can smoke.

Color me confused.

I got that offer too:D And I was also on the Breakaway last week but I took such a beating at the slots that I'm a little hesitant to book it. How did you do last week?

Omg I did the worst I have ever done in my life hubby to we got murdered.

I think I'm gonna skip this one and do the breakaway again and pass on the tournament trips might be to hard to get a machine. It was hard enough last week at certain times.

Me too, this was the worst I've ever done. I kept expecting it to level off at some point but it never did! Someone had posted in the casino section about the slots being sooo tight on the Breakaway on their cruise at the beginning of November so I hope this isn't a continuing trend with this ship because we love everything else about the ship. We went to the casino at Atlantis and actually had better luck there.

All week we couldn't hit the side of a bus. On the last night around 10:00 I was playing nickel keno 4 card cashed out $750! Hubby took a $40 voucher to wheel of fortune and first spin got $400 he cashed right out so we had some money to go food shopping lol that's how bad we did that that amount we took home wasn't even a spit in the bucket to what we lost ouchhhhhh

I tend to AVOID slot tournament offers. I can get a room comped on other weeks just as easy. And, there are less slot junkies onboard those weeks. That means I get more access to slots and if needed easier access to hosts.

Just my two cents worth.

I agree Gary. I called tonight and am able to get a comp mini suite on the breakaway again so passing on the tournament cruise which I was only getting an oceanview comp.
