Call the main line (1-800-764-7419) and follow the prompts for the department you require. So sorry to hear you have an issue...hopefully all works out.

However, emergencies are probably best handled by phone. Emails take much too long to be handled.

You need to use one of these 2 emails.

Give the booking number etc. when you email.
