Hello,

We will be taking out first cruise on Princess, a 4 day Alaska sampler.

Our room is directly below the stage on the Explorer's lounge....has any stayed down on the Plaza deck in this area? And if so, do you head much noise later in the evening?

Thanks so much!

Ours was a bit different but we were on the Coral and one deck above the Bayou Restaurant and Lounge and we could hear some music till around 11 pm. Not horrible and thank god it was music we liked but still if you listened we did hear some. Will be interested to hear about your location.

We were on the Island Princess on the Plaza deck below Explorer's Lounge. We were not directly below the stage, but rather below the seating area. We were not too far away from where the stage was, however. We could hear a slight amount of bass occasionally when the music was playing in the evening but it was very minimal.

We are in plaza 620 it appears not exactly below either but close to the stage. As our cruise is very port intensive I know we wont be bit staying up too late so hopefully it's not too noisy!! Its our first cruise and the cabin was chosen by our Travel agent . I hope he chose well

Great, thanks for the info. We don't spend a lot of time in our room, but I'm guessing we will be going to bed before midnight. It sounds like it shouldn't be an issue.

Considering just upgrading to a balcony, but we're doing a 10 day on NCL right after this, and we'd rather spend the money upgrading that cruise.
