Fredette Posted January 15, 2015 #1 Share Posted January 15, 2015 (edited) Aaaargh! I ring the call centre, and am given two options - "press one for travel agent bookings, otherwise press two". So I press two. Then I get the message again, and again, and again.......I have been trying for about 10 minutes now and I think my "2" key is worn out now. The other day my husband managed to get through twice, but got cut off/hung up on both times. I even tried sending an email and they tell me they can't make outbound calls, I have to ring them! Never travelled Norwegian before - is this indicative? Should I cancel????:confused: So I hung up and tried again - got cut off (call disconnected). REALLY frustrated now.
