Beverage/internet package with 123 promotion

Hello all,

This is our first time sailing Celebrity and I have a question about the 123 promotion. Just booked a cruise with the 123 promotion that gives us free classic beverage, gratuities, and some internet. My confirmation price is showing Gratuities being added. TA said Celebrity will adjust in a few days which is fine.

My question is for the beverage/internet package. Does my confirmation need to show that I purchased a drink/internet package which costs will be adjusted later? Or is it enough to have the free packages listed in "included extras" and Celebrity will automatically input them on our seacard?

I've never heard of a beverage/internet package. Is this something from your travel agent?

 

I recently booked a cruise using the 123 all in offer. My TA sent me an invoice showing I was booked. She said it would take a week or so for the offers to show up. At that time, I got a new invoice showing the included beverage package, gratuities, and OBC.

When booking through Celebrity you will see the charge for the classic beveridge package following by a credit for the same amount. Not sure what the TA will provide you with. Can't comment on the internet package but assume it would be similar.

 

When I've booked through a TA all I saw was their invoice which looked a lot different from the Celebrity one.

 

A quick trick to confirm you have both is to call up Celebrity and ask the cost to upgrade. Normally they won't discuss much with you since you booked with a TA but by asking the cost to upgrade, by default they will be confirming that you have the basic package you are looking to upgrade.

There was (is) somethign on Celebrity about the 1.2.3. Go promotion...and if u have family stying with u in ur cabin they get Internet and something else??

I have my 2 kids in the room and I believe each will get 40 minute internet package for free with the 123 Promo.
