private charter boat in Grand Cayman - Help

We have 6 adults and want to do a private charter boat in Grand Cayman so we can get to the stingray sandbar and see Rum Point and Starfish Point.

 

There are two different companies - Discount Excursions LTD and Island Marketing LTD

 

1 - Has anyone had any experience with either - good or bad?

If so, did anyone have to cancel due to not stopped in GS and get their credit card deposit back?

 

2 - Discount Excursions has 2 that have the 3 stops and are both 4 hrs - the price difference is only $150 and I it looks like the only difference is the boat. One is a 30ft Concept Speed Boat Console and the other is a 27ft Boston Whaler 270 ............ Is the boat difference a big deal and worth the $150 in your opinion? They seem to talk about how the Speed boat is faster and has stereo music etc. Any other differences that anyone knows about?

I'd google a picture of each and see which looks like more your thing. They're very different types of boats. We have a 24ft Whaler and really like it. It's very stable in the water, and has tons of space for us.

Sail Cayman also offers private charters. We have not booked with them, though. We tried to get a group together through our cruise critic roll call, but did not have enough interest to book a tour. Might be worth checking out at least.
