Does the price of the UBP include the 15% gratuity or is it extra. If my daughter is 22 and stays in our room, does she have to also pay for the package if she does not want it?

15% gratuity is added on top of the package price (not for individual drinks) and yes, all adults in the cabin must purchase.

Depends on the date of the cruise, if it falls under Spring Break then no she would not be able to buy it but she must purchase soda plan

 

Ultimate beverage option is only available for guests 25 and older on any sailing from 3/1 - 4/15.

Since your cruise is outside of Spring Break, yes, she will have to purchase it too.
