Switching Person in Cabin

Is it possible to switch person from one cabin to another after check-in. What happens with picture on sign and sail card and charge card linked to card?

We do it every time with the kids since we book one parent in each room. We just get a extra key card made for the rooms.

Absolutely possible. Moving people around does not affect their Sail and Sign accounts. They are 2 separate things.

Yes, this is correct. I just sailed on the Sunshine last week and once we boarded we went to guest services and they reprogrammed the cards so that they opened the appropriate cabin doors. It was quick and easy.

Do they ask why you are changing rooms? I was afraid there would be a nsme change charge?

They did not ask me why we were changing, they just did it. Each sign and sail card can only open one room so you can't have both rooms on one card.

I feel much better now and will book 3 rooms with casino rate rather than 2.

We did this just last week on The Magic... The only downfall was two trips to Guest Services to get the cards right... They were beeping loudly when the two that were changed tried to get on or off in ports... Eeek...
