A pier at Grand Cayman

One of the locals state their plans for a pier, but away from downtown. There is political pressure from downtown shop owners to stop the plans because of it.

With four to seven ships calling a GC a day, the smart money would be to build a pier quick.

I anticipate a cruise ship pier in Grand Cayman being finished the same year the Toronto Maple Leafs win the Stanley Cup. :D;) Meaning, hopefully in my lifetime, but I'm not going to hold my breath...
