For the last 24+ hours, MJ seems to be off the coast of Freeport, just hanging out. Guessing here that her oil lines were replaced and the shipyard had others that needed that dry dock. Instead of going straight to MIA and paying extra port charges, they will arrive early in the a.m., just as usual on a Friday morning. Hope the staff and crew had the time to take a time out. Again, all this just guessing.

The staff and crew probably have a long list of things they don't always seem to get to when they have passengers on board, so this would be the opportunity to do them. I doubt if the corporation looked at it as 'time to take a time out'. But it might have been refreshing for the crew to be doing things with a little less pressure from cruisers on board.

Everything for the arriving passengers today, should have been done earlier with no cruisers departing the ship this morning.

Co-workers of my DH are getting on Her Majesty today with 15 of their friends and looking forward to a great weekend. I am sure this unexpected 'dry dock' will give rise to a few new jokes from the Cruise Director.

We hope all is well with this old timer as we plan on doing a trip down memory lane cruise on her before she parts for good.

Our fav. cabin, 9th deck OV aft!:D

We also plan on one more cruise on Her Majesty before her retirement. Our favorite cabin was 9070 but if we can snag a JS for the last cruise on her for a decent price we will do that instead.

If we're on the same cruise Paul, lets do a drink together for the Majesty!:)

We are looking at the mid week cruise in February that includes Presidents Day.

If we are on it together a drink in the bar is a great thing to do!
