Azura tracker stuck in Lisbon

Looking at the azura tracker it appears to be still in Lisbon! Does the tracker always work? It says it shoukd have been at sea.

Looking at the azura tracker it appears to be still in Lisbon! Does the tracker always work? It says it shoukd have been at sea.

 

I use Marine Traffic to track and that is showing Azura in the Bay of Biscay at 17:40 yesterday but nothing since so it is either out of range or it is not transmitting.

She is currently doing 14 knots just off the Brittany coast.....
