We have dropped off luggage before parking all 4 times we've sailed from this port.

Yes. We have sailed out of Cape Liberty 11 times. Drop of the luggage then proceed to the parking lot. You can also drop any passengers off when you drop your luggage off.

Keep in mind there is a brand new terminal but it would make sense to drop off luggage first.

and if you scroll around this board, especially the 411 thread...there's a link to an album of pix....you'll drop off at the right, then drive around to park.......follow the signs, and other cars that will likely be parking, it's one way in and out so you'll see it...
