Ambassador Club & Intercontinental Tahiti

Can someone who has used a free night certificate for signing up as an Ambassador club member with Intercontinental hotels in Tahiti tell me how they went about booking their free night?

I understand the certificate is valid for nine months from the time it is issued. Are there any other restrictions re: use?

Just reserve for your reg. nights...must have the certificate with you, give it at time of check in...with us they still charged us for both nights(we were pre-paid), and then credited us back at check out. Have your ambassador card with you....we didn't, so it created some confusion.
