How do I know what rate I booked?

I cant for the life of me remember if we booked ES or something else and when I look at my booking it doesn't say!

 

How can I find this?

 

I need to know what my penalty is if I have to cancel.

On your "My Billing" page, there is a sentence that says "What is my penalty for canceling this cruise?

When I click it, it says 0. Does that mean no further money will have to be paid and I will get my deposit back?

 

I have tried their FAQ but the site keeps shutting down:mad:

Looked at all our cruise documents and online information--couldn't find it. You can always call a Carnival Rep (TA or PVP if you booked thru one of them). With your booking number, they should be able to tell you which rate you booked.

If it was ES, I believe the penalty would show your deposit. Ours does. $400 penalty for canceling.

Toward the end of your GUEST CONFIRMATION under Guest Notes:

If you booked ES there will be words about a "future cruise credit in the amount of the deposit less $50pp service fee". Otherwise there will be wording associated with Past Guest, state of Residency, Senior age, etc. similar to the terms and conditions for that booking.

Why they can't identify your Booking at the front end of the Confirmation is a mystery to me.
