Afternoon tea in Windjammer on Allure?

Hi:),

 

On our Indy cruise last year we really enjoyed self serve afternoon tea in the Windjammer between 15.30-17.30. Loved the warm scones.

 

On recent Compasses for Allure in the med I see no mention of it being open.

 

Can anyone confirm please?

It varies from ship to ship, but most ships do have "Afternoon Snacks" in the Windjammer. Oasis was our one exception to that and I assume Allure might also be an exception. When we sailed on Oasis, the WJ was closed in the afternoon between lunch and dinner, but obviously on such a large ship there were many other options. I think that's what they are counting on - that you will go to the Park Cafe or Promenade Cafe or somewhere else to get your afternoon sustenance. :D

RCI doesn't do a real tea...there are generally snacks out between meals in the WJ.

No.... there are not. That's what OP and I are saying. I went back and searched the Allure Med compass for myself and it confirms what OP is saying. WJ is closed from 3:30 - 6:15 pm.
