It's come to my attention, that RCI offers a pre-cruse booking promotion for their Specialty Restaurants.

If, you pre-book, three or more they will offer you a 30% OBC.

 

Does anyone know if this also applies to Celebrity Cruises?

Royal promotions do not apply on Celebrity, they are treated as separate cruise lines.

 

Celebrity does have various promotions with the Specialties, check the web site.

I know the loyalty programs are honored on both lines.

 

But, was hoping the same was true for all promotions.

If your assumption was true, then RCI would have had promotions similar to 123 or pick your perk. Alas, they didn't and still don't so you will be stuck paying through the nose for a drinks package.
