JuniorSuite still double points?

Recommended Posts

What is the latest info on booking a Cat JS Junior Suite - do they still come with double points or regular 1 point per seaday please?

A JS gets one extra point per night.

Heard that double points for junior suite will be eliminated from conceiege. Hope that is just a rumor.

If so, I suspect they would have to lower the price of those staterooms.

It sounds like you are combining two different things in your statement. Double points for booking a JS category and eliminated from concierge. JS has nothing to do with concierge. The double points for sailing in that category stateroom would be something that would generate a lot of commentary if it were being eliminated.

Pretty sure they meant the concierge told them the rumor.

You almost always get one extra point for a JS. The exception is if you get one of the weekend e-mails and take advantage of the discount upgrade. Basically you get a JS for the price of a balcony, then you do not get the added point.

Done-booked-sealed!

12 nights TA Allure JS for a total of 890 Euro pp was too attempting!

VERY tempting...can't wait until I am in the position to just drop some vacation days easily like that (active Navy, have to jump through a few hoops and do things at least 45 days out for international vacations)

US price is showing as $3500-ish now :/
