As Europe 2016 has been announced, it seems not. Princess generally doesn't keep ships that far north that late.

That's when the ships return to the U.S. For one thing, it's way too cold to cruise in Europe at that time of year...

 

You might be able to find another cruise line who offers cruises at that time of year, but probably not many.
