Crazy requests from Alaskans coming to Miami and FLL

We stayed at a LaQuinta in FLL that had a shuttle to the pier. We asked the desk clerk for a good place to have food delivered. We had Chinese and it was very good and abundant. I'm sorry I can't remember the name. Good luck!

I can't believe I didn't remember PF Changs!!

 

YES!! Their food is Americanized Chinese but good GOD is it amazing!

 

The fried green beans and orange beef and Dan Dan noodles! Their crab ragoon actually has a lot of crab! OMG the firecracker shrimp!

Oh yes PF Changs is great, haven't eaten at one since before Italy. So he migh be willing to do that. Hopefully they get enough of the buffet on the cruise and it won't be a huge issue.

And yes we do like cracker barrel as well. I think it comes down to the fact that there were no buffets in Italy not here haha. I think they miss that more than the food its self. I think it is the thought of being able to pick any of the foods offered and not being stuck with just one thing. I for one hate Golden corral but was going to suck it up for the kiddo to get what he wanted lol. I am secretly jumping for joy when I saw the horrible ratings as well as ya'lls comments :D

There is a good Chinese buffet in Plantation which borders Ft. Lauderdale. The name is Dragon Gourmet Buffet. They have so many things to choose from. I think around 200 I read.somewhere. You would definitely need a car or possible public transportation. I can't speak of the public transportation down here since I have never used it.

You're going to have to come into Palm Beach County for it. We have several good restaurants and buffets. One buffet we frequesnt regularly is in Boynton; the other in Boca.
