Excellent food and service in Normandy. There is an additional charge but well worth it! Save enough room for their 'ballon rouge' desert, delicious! The table side cooking adds to the theatre of the meal.

Enjoy, we had a wonderful cruise on Summit last year.

Hi, Normandie is one of the Specialty Restaurants on Summit and

Qsine is also there....that one might be fun for the family.

Summit is one of my favorite ships and I am sailing her for the 7th

time in November too.:)

Cafe Al Bacio has some nice sweets/pastries. It is located on deck 5.

Asking about the best bar staff? The Martini Bar is fun. I am sure you

know staff can come and go depending on their contract. So hard to

say who is "the best".

And since you are in Aqua, Blu is your dining room. Many folks love

it and others not so much. Food is a very subject topic.

Hope you and your family have a great cruise:)

I hope your sommelier in Blu will be Elvis: he is so friendly and willing to make the best suggestions to match your wines with your menu choices. We had the Premium beverage package and were always taking wines by the glass; Elvis was always suggesting the best wines for the appetizer then the main course with a big smile and great care. We really enjoyed all of our dinners.

Your Master Captain will probably be the newly appointed first female American Master on Celebrity.

Don't miss the new iMagic show.

Is it your first time on an M-Class ship? If so, have at least one lunch or breakfast in the MDR (even if you prefer the Blu! food): the large bay window in the back of the dining room provides a really impressive view on day time.
