We used was...15 a person with a three dollar charge total for a credit card. It was maybe a 30 minute trip to downtown Miami?

Yup $15pp if a group of 6 or more it's $13.

Does anyone know what they consider a "downtown hotel"?

Their website only lists the hotels on the FLL side of the trip, but does mention that they don't go to South Beach
