we like to go to the elite breakfast, have something light and a cocktail then head to Blu.

On Solstice I really enjoyed breakfast at AquaSpa- there were two choices of frittata and they were really good. Nice fruit-based options too. It's a small but tasty menu, and a quiet place to eat.

 

I like Blu and the table-side prepared muesli. Tried the Michael's Club suite breakfast on one occasion and was disappointing- only a few pastries on offer (guess is designed for those that want a quick breakfast on the run).

 

The most unusual breakfast item was the breakfast curry on offer at Oceanview- but was always tasty (yes- may family thought I was weird too!!).
