To answer one possible question.

When boarding they were offering 20% off chops.

Another odd tidbit. The drink package was not charged a flat fee.

The Royal Replenish was charged as $18.64 plus 18% gratuity.

$55.92 plus $10.07 for a total of $65.99.

We will be on the Enchantment in a month. This is our first time with RCI. We will be diamond due to Elite status with Celebrity. We would appreciate any info you can give us. Such as what time are the shows and what should we be sure not to miss. Ours is a four day if anyone has the menus as we would like to book a night in Chops. Thanks for the info on the 20% off.

Well, looks like the Diamond discount for internet is working in my favor.

As of 12:01 AM two days remain on the cruise. With the internet package being $20 x remaining days, the $40 Diamond credit covers the cost.

With that being said, the Internet is painfully slow.

Thanks for your time and effort! We are on Enchantment with a small group in January

1) How is the entertainment in quality?

2) Any good pool music/bands?

3) Any other major discounting?

We tend to take advantage of first night discounts. May not this up coming cruise with our group. It is about 20 people.

Thanks!

I've been on Enchantment several times and love it. Entertainment is hit or miss. I always enjoy the welcome show. When I was last on Enchantment in January this year, there was a Broadway medley show that was great. On one sailing I saw a magic show that was good, but then it wasn't on my next sailing. The Love & Marriage show is always good (not for kids!), and whether it is excellent depends more on the couples chosen for the show than which ship.

I love a good comedy show, and I don't feel like I have high standards for what makes me laugh, but some of the comedians they put on Enchantment are mediocre. The one on Jewel was much better. As for the jugglers, it's not my thing to begin with, and the one on Enchantment was sooooo dry and boring. I'm done with juggling acts forever.

1. I didn't see any of the production shows. However, the Centrum party was a blast. Then again it could have been to it being Halloween.

This lack of seeing shows had to do with selected time time for MTD.

2. The band used at the pool is cucled thru out the ship at night.

3. Don't recall hearing any other big discounting.

Somewhat confused about the internet discount - did you get a letter in stateroom with the diamond discounts ? If so, any chance you can post it - curious to which apply on a 3 day cruise - normally we do 7 nights. The $40 diamond credit is a flat fee regardless of nights ?

Correct, the discount is $40 for Diamond. I think it might be more for longer sailings, most I have ever done is 7 days.

I do have a copy of the letter and it is in the process of uploading.

Could you please find out when Captain Goran Peterson is leaving and who the captain will be?

I'll see you on Vision 11/21, and am seriously thinking of adding a b2b on Enchantment 11/30-12/7.

Thanks!

Kay

Captain currently on board is Toni Tomljanovic.

We are on Enchantment now also. We took advantage of the 20% off Chops the first night. It was excellent. Our waiter told us if we came back another night he would honor the 20% off again. It was well worth $24.00.

So the cost of the drink package is consistent with the online pricing. Correct?

Also, any additional suggestions would be great. We sail Nov 13!

This is my first cruise:)
