Nebr.cruiser Posted October 31, 2015 #1 Share Posted October 31, 2015 We've been to St. Thomas multiple times and have done all the usual things; island tours, Magen's Bay, Water Island, walking to town and shopping, St. John's, etc. Any ideas for something unique and different? HarpHarp Posted October 31, 2015 #2 Share Posted October 31, 2015 Two things I really enjoyed when I lived in St Thomas: Kayaking through the Mangrove Snorkeling at Turtle Cove You might also check the calendar at the national park on St John to see what the rangers are doing the day you are there. http://www.nps.gov/viis/planyourvisit/calendar.htm?submitted=1&date_start=10%2F27%2F2015&date_end=11%2F26%2F2015&keyword=&as_sfid=AAAAAAXnn1Hsu8RnBmVM4CLXFz7m-tnR9YKp9PPwx4TV9pFN1U6TZ0hlDS-pHl-6YcnJGC6U_INITvbnjTWPSalI30zB4qjSZPnXKjoPJf_wFk7rIw%3D%3D&as_fid=2A_GuEI_89PPWS8VbwSE
Nebr.cruiser Posted October 31, 2015 Author #3 Share Posted October 31, 2015 The kayaking sounds good, although last year my husband had difficulty kayaking without a back support. Will check out turtle cove too.
Ms411 Posted October 31, 2015 #4 Share Posted October 31, 2015 Their kayaks have back supports so don't rule them out. Virgin Islands Ecotours. Don't know if all kayaks offered on the island have back supports, but theirs do.
