Graham Seymour is one of the favorite Cruise Directors on Princess. Right now he is on the Golden and will be our CD in May. Can't wait!

 

He also posts on this board under the name of Hammy's Manager.

they could call you Princess WendyG.....Just kidding. your info is most helpful. Why on the Princess website do they ask you to fill out "cruise personizer" which includes types of wine, alcohol and things??

Pete-I found this out from the great man himself! This will be my 3rd cruise with him!

 

I think they ask that for the "benefits" you receive from the travel agents. Some send wine to your room, or if you have an anniversary or wedding, they'll know your preferences in wines and things...I'd love to work for Princess, I always said when my daughter goes off to college I'll join the crew!

 

Lisaanne, there is nothing worse than a lousy CD. I read mixed reviews on this Paul guy that's on there now. Just be happy it isn't Simon whathislastname, he was horrible!

What is so great about this Cruise Director, we are sailing on july 3rd on caribbean princess, should we be excited if so why???

I've rarely seen any CD on any of the three Princess cruises I've been on, and I had a wonderful time anyway. JMO, I could go my whole life without seeing a CD and I'd be fine!

 

I just assume that the current CD on the Caribbean Princess is very busy, and can't be everywhere at the same time. I'm thinking he's got to be spending some extra time getting things ready, since the ship is new.

 

I've read great opinions on Paul O., and on Graham S. Whichever they have on board when I'm there is fine with me. I doubt I'd run into them anyway.

Wendy is so right - we never saw the cruise director on last Thanksgiving's Sun sailing.

 

So not that Grahm is leaving the Golden, who will the CD be on my Golden sailing on June 20?
