k39jkr Posted November 20, 2015 #1 Share Posted November 20, 2015 What is the latest day you can buy a drink package on board Oasis on the Eastern itinerary? I'm hoping not to purchase one until day 3 if possible.
the_lovely_voyage Posted November 20, 2015 #2 Share Posted November 20, 2015 From what I know, beverage packages are available as long as you have at least 4 days left in your sailing. So if it's a 7 day Eastern, I think you could wait until day
jennerpoo14 Posted November 28, 2015 #3 Share Posted November 28, 2015 I am not sure on this one we pre-paid before we even boarded because we hit the bar the minute we got on board! I know if you wait until you are out to sea I think you avoid taxes.

That being said there have been a couple of posts recently about bartenders making a mistake and charging the taxes but those people were able to get credited for the taxes by calling Royal. ForMyBoys2015 Posted November 28, 2015 #5 Share Posted November 28, 2015 If you buy it late do they prorate it for remaining days or does it get backward traced to the beg of the cruise? Also when it says per day, for a 7 night cruise are you charged for 8 days or 7? Thanks!
