Loews hotels has 20% off today only. Refundable rate if canceled before 3 days or so prior to your stay. One nights deposit required.

 

Just booked Loews South Beach regular Deluxe King for $223 per night in April 2016.

 

Seems like a decent deal for a refundable rate. Booked through Loews. Other websites still show non refundable (for now).

It should still be there. I checked earlier today - using trip advisor - and various booking sites still show it.
