Tampa shuttle or taxis

We are cruising out of Tampa on 1/2/16 there was only going to be 4 of leaving from the hotel, now there my be 9 of use should we set up a shuttle for all 9 or divide up and take 2 taxi. Any recommendations on a shuttle

Unless you have the hotel arrange for van/SUV type taxis 9 plus bags in 2 cabs will be a tight fit (especially if some pack like my wife :o). Taxis from airport area hotels to the port will run $25+tip each - still likely cheaper than any shuttle charging per person rates.
