Christmas Eve on a HAL ship: Some Advice, Please

To those on board: thanks for reporting in about the decorations.

 

Not clear on whether there are a lot of Christmas trees up. In the past we've seen dozens of trees throughout each ship, with a huge number of gorgeous, color-themed decorations!

The Veendam was decorated right after Thanksgiving. We boarded Thanksgiving day and got off Dec. 13. Lots of decorations in all the public areas.

 

Been off Veendam now for 2 hours. They completed the gingerbread village display last night. One of the houses got moved to the Lido. Menorah at front desk.

 

Lots of trees, garlands, etc. will post pix later this week as return to work tomorrow. :(

Yay! I can't wait to see it!

 

Check out the gingerbread town. There's a few "stragglers" ready for formal night who lost their way from Antarctica.;)
