So, does anyone here happen to know who the matre d' is for the Scarlet restaurant on the Dream? I plan on e-mailing him/her a few days prior to our Jan 31 cruise to ensure our group has a table together. It would be nice to know the matre d's name, just seems to be rude to ask a favor and not know their name.....

There is an easier way. Just call Carnival and link the booking numbers together for dining. This needs to be done 48 prior to leaving. I have done this many times. You just need everyone's name and booking number.

drmaitred@carnival.com, I just use their email address because lately they have moved around a lot or are on contact break. they have been good about responding if I put my booking # in the subject line.
