You can book it for any number of full or half days if chairs available. Can also book full cruise. Yes, can be booked in advance - after boarding (not now). Go to Sanctuary reception desk after boarding and make your requests.

 

Procedure has been changed for some time now. If you wait to go morning of a day you want, chances are it will be booked (assuming a Caribbean or warm weather cruise such as yours on REGAL Jan 10).
