Morning all

I wanted to book in a cruise I the Panama for march17. Taking full advantage of the inside cabin drinks package which ends today. I have a cruise reward that I wanted to use but the ncl.co.uk call centre is closed today and I can't find anywhere on the website to allow me to redeem it,

What would all suggest... I don't want to loose out on the deal.

When you book a cruise online, and have a Cruise Reward you would like to use for the deposit, you have to do as follows:

You have to be logged in to your MyNCL-account, and on the first page when you log in it should state that you have a Cruise Reward that is valid. Then you do your online reservation and when you come to the part of the reservation where you have to choose your paying method, there should be a small "box" where you can scroll down and choose to use your Cruise Reward instead of a credit card.

Personally I don't have a cruise reward at the moment, so I can't explain the procedure in detail by trying to do a "mock" booking - but I remember from the past that it is a place where you can change the paying method.

Hope this helps!

I thought so to but in the .co.uk website it only has options for visa, MasterCard and Amex.

So annoying .... Going to try go via a 3rd party

I just chose the option "Make a payment" on one of my existing reservations, and got three options:

* Credit card OR * Norwegian Cruise Line Gift Card OR * My coupons and credits.

It should be the last option for using a cruise reward. But my reservation is done through NCL in the USA, so it might be different on the UK web page. Please see the attached "thumbnail photo" - it is the choice below the blue line (since I don't have a FCR myself the "coupons and credits" is unavailable for me, and instead the "gift card" choice is outlined in blue).
