Spa (adults only) pools on Serenade & Equinox

I am in such a dilemma; is there anyone who can tell me if the RC Serenade and Celebrity Equinox spa pools are similar? We are about to pick one (going to the Caribbean end of Jan/beginning Feb.) but need to choose soon as time is running out. Thanks for your help!

RCI has a "Solarium"...over 16 years old.....It's not a "spa"....it's simply an "adult" space.And, its enclosed.....the so called _"retractable" roof is never retracted...no tanning under glass!

I would use the same description for Equinox. Adult area, nice pool, enclosed.

I've been on both ship classes several times. Both are beautiful in that area. I think Equinox is more spacious and the area feels more spa like with all the blue glass. Equinox also has a health food stand. Unlike Equinox, Serenade has a bar in the Solarium and the roof can be opened. Both pools are spacious and both have walk-in stairs.

 

All in all, I think Solstice Class (Equinox) is a little nicer.
