places to eat on the beach?

We are going to Progreso in a few weeks and we want to hang out on the beach in town. We are looking to find a place that we can eat outside while we are they and have drinks while lounging. We have been to Buddy's in the past but I heard they are closed. Any recommendations?

See my discussion of Flamingos posted earlier today. They offer beach service, although I have never used it. Eladios, near the the pier, is also good, but they can be crowded and noisy on cruise ship days. I never liked Buddy's, so it was no great loss.
