Kusadasi Private Tour to Ephesus

We have had good luck with Ekol. And while the Temple of Artemis is mostly ruins now, it was one of the Ancient Wonders of the World.

We used Ephesus Plus Tours and can't praise them enough.

We are in Kusadasi today on Jewel of the Seas. This morning we had a great tour with Ephesus Shuttle of Kusadasi, Ephesus, and the Temple of Artemus, with a stop at a ceramic production. We paid $45 per person for an all day experience. We thought it would be a shared tour; however, we were pleasantly surprised to have a driver and tour guide all to ourselves in a comfortable mini van. Our guide was a young lady, Melis, who had gone to school to be a guide and was very knowledgeable, lots of information and could answer all our questions. We also felt very safe and comfortable with our driver, Zafer. Don't know if we just lucked out or if this solo experience is what they provide all the time but we do recommend them.

Same thing happened to us last month. We had booked for a small group but it turned out to just be the two of us. Different guide but great tour. I was surprised they did not link up with another tour group but certainly cannot complain.

I did forget to mention that Ephesus Shuttle fare of $45 included all entrance fees, including The Terrace Houses, which is very different than all the other tours I had researched.

We have been pleased with Ekol. They are not the cheapest tour operator in Turkey, but they have been around for many years and always seem to deliver a quality tour.

Another vote for EKOL! Just toured with them a few weeks ago. It was one of the best tours we have ever taken.
