What time can we arrive to port?

Sailing on Gem Wednesday. When I did the forms online and it said to pick an arrival time to the port. I chose the first one, 9:30-10:00. Are we really able to get in the parking lot and check in our bags at 9:30 am?

If they have given you that choice then yes. But I don't imagine they will actually open check-in till about 11 but you should be very early on the boat.

Yes you may arrive at 9:30am and CHECKIN at that time. Checkin involves getting your shipboard credentials (room key), processing passports, getting your BOARDING group number, etc.

 

Boarding the ship is completely different and begins between 11-1130.

 

The pier parking will open up at 9am.
