floridian1 Posted July 3, 2016 #3 Share Posted July 3, 2016 (edited) Do we know if the arrival time and boarding time will remain the same? I'm am still not sure sailaway for our cruise is at 7pm... this article says.. Norwegian Cruise Line has changed the departure time of its seven-night cruises on Norwegian Escape from Miami to the Eastern Caribbean to 7 p.m. Part of the line's push for growth in European markets, the change means passengers can fly from many airports in Continental airports on the day of embarkation without a prior overnight stay. The new timings will apply to departures between May 7 to July 16 and from September 3 to December 31, 2016. http://www.cruisecritic.com/news/news.cfm?ID=6895 our cruise is a 6night and its july 31... CruisinHarvey Posted July 3, 2016 #5 Share Posted July 3, 2016 (edited) Check out the latest Norwegian Cruise Line news from Cruise Critic: Norwegian Escape's Miami Departure Time Changes and More Cruise News Just curious. Why post this old news article now? It hasn't been updated. Has something else changed? Edited July 3, 2016 by CruisinHarvey
LrgPizza Posted July 3, 2016 #6 Share Posted July 3, 2016 Just curious. Why post this old news article now? It hasn't been updated. Has something else changed? It wasn't posted now. If you look at the date on the post, it was posted March 18. It was merely bumped up today.
HistoryGirl4Ever Posted July 3, 2016 #7 Share Posted July 3, 2016 When I first saw this news months ago, it was on another travel site, which just gave "highlights" and no mention of specific dates this time change was in effect. So I was confused as my February 2017 cruise itinerary was listing a 4 pm departure - same as when I first went on her in 2015; other sources were also listing 4 pm. I appreciate the repost as this answered my question as to whether even my TA's paperwork was wrong. [emoji846]
