Independence 5 Day Specialty Dining Options: Cruise Planner vs Email Offerings

The cruise planner on RC.com only offers 4 and 5 day package options. We received an email that included a 3 day option when you click through. I wonder why they don't show the 3 dinner option when not going through the website? With only 2 specialty restaurants, we didn't want the 4 dinner package but did purchase the 3 dinner option.
