QE back to Newcastle.

Just on the local news, the QE's first visit to Newcastle got such positive feedback that they at bringing her back in 2018.

 

I wonder what the itinerar will be.

 

If it's a short one I may be interested.

Due in Newcastle March 1st, 2018.

As QE is coming across the Pacific there is less chance of the usual short cruises, 2 - 8 days. But there are 20 - 30+ day segments.

There is already listed Auckland to Brisbane - 8 days.

Auckland - Sydney o/n - Newcastle - Brisbane - Rabaul - Japan etc.

Wasn't overly impressed on our 1st cruise on her but our last was probably one of our most enjoyable cruises.

Newcastle was special as was the occasion and general buzz onboard was it was a very popular port.

The popularity would have a lot do do with the vineyards and contrast to a large city that appeals to people.
