Post-Cruise Guest Relations contact?

About a month ago there was a thread on here where an email address was provided for a specific female at NCL who tends to give prompt help. Now I cannot find the thread. :o

 

Not sure she was actually in post-cruise guest relations, but if anyone remembers the thread could you please provide a link, or the email address. (NOTE that I would like to contact the person, not the general email - I know how to get the general contact but I really need a prompt response)

 

Otherwise, if anyone has contact details for Klaus Lugmaier, Regional VP Fleet Hotel Operations, that may help with my situation.
