Infinity Aqua cabin deck choice..?

Just a quick question about deck 9 VS 11 aqua cabin choices on the Infinity......deck 11 is fairly back on the ship and deck 9 has overhangs we may not like.....maybe some advice from anyone using one over the other would help....?? Thanks.....

Deck 9 balconies have a deep overhang and will provide shade. The deck 11 balconies on the port and starboard sides have almost no cover and the balconies are smaller than the deck 9 balconies. The deck 11 balconies that face aft (over the sunset bar) are awesome.

 

There is no through traffic except for the lost looking for the observation lounge, which is on the other end of the ship.

 

Deck 11 is very convenient - drop down one flight of stairs into the buffet for early morning coffee or to the sunset bar for drinks.

 

The cabins themselves are exactly the same.

 

Disclaimer - it was very quiet when we stayed on deck 11 but that was before the rooftop terrace opened.

We were recently in cabin 1103 Aqua Class A1. The cabin was great, no

noise , easy access to Oceanview cafe, elevators to BLU. The downside is if

you need to get to the Sky Lounge and the weather is bad or cold, you

have to go down to deck 9 then walk forward.

There were so many Elite's on board so coupons for drinks were given out

And could be used in most bars.

This was a trip to Canada and the upper US. It was Captain Kate's or second voyage and she gave us a great ride. Smooth sailing.
