2005 Caribbean schedules

Should the major lines have their summer 2005 Caribbean schedules set by the end of this month? So far only Carnival and RCCL seem to have schedules in place. Princess has announced a schedule for the Caribbean Princess, but I assume another ship will be sailing for the summer, and Celebrity has not announced anything yet. I would like to plan something for the summer, but would like to see all the options that are available.

On a related note, the initial fares that have been announced seem quite high compared to current fares for this summer (over $1000 for an inside cabin on the Caribbean Princess on Travelocity, for example). Do rates typically start off high and drop?

I just booked for the Grand Princess for March 2005...

We are thinking of booking Caribbean Princess for July 2005. Prices do seem a bit higher than usual.

demisod - I am not sure there will be another Princess ship in the Caribbean. I think the Caribbean Princess will be the only one.

The Grand, Golden and Star are all going to be in Europe (along with the Sea Princess). I am guessing the Sun, Dawn, Coral, Island, Sapphire and Diamond (and possibly Regal) will be in Alaska.
