New "Cozumel Plus"

Seriously, folks, all that Carnival is doing is what cruise lines did for many years, years ago.

On my first cruise in 1985 (Costa) port time in St. Thomas was 8AM to 11PM!

These shorter port times are done to save money, and now they make it look like a big deal that they are finally extending some of them again.

Not impressed; but at least they are doing it. It will impress newer cruisers who were not cruising when such "long" port stays were the norm, not the exception.

Does anyone know which ships are included in this extended itinerary? I am booked on the Dream for September 25-October 2 2016. I am hoping that this new itinerary is available because I would love to go to the main land to Xel-Ha. Thanks everyone.

You can look your ship/itinerary up on the website. Yours does not show Cozumel Plus like the the itinerary the week before. It does say "Extra VAlue"

but I'm not sure what that is.
