Gratuities

Sorry if this is already out here, but I am new to NCL. I have been on Carnival twice, but looking at a NCL cruise for April 2017. On Carnival, we could prepay our gratuities to room steward, wait staff, etc but I don't see this on NCL. Are the prepaid gratuities only for the Drink and Dining packages? What about the room stewards and wait staff and such???

It's called the DSC - Discretionary Service Charge. You can prepay it through your account online or by telephone.
